Though all good web hosting companies do everything within their ability to ensure your website is available, things can and do go wrong. When this happens, you could be loosing business. The longer this goes on for the more it will cost you. Saying that, the first you are likely to know of this is when a customer tells you your website is unavailable.

- Once the error is detected, alerts are sent based on the alerting schedule of the target. Alerts can be sent by Email or, for an extra charge, SMS (text message) - Please e-mail us for details. Alerts contents can be customized to contain data about the error, target and time stamp which helps you optimize the troubleshooting procedure
- Weekly reports will provide you with further details of you website's avilabilty. Event history report will show you the timeline of the problem and the alert notifications.
